After 30-years in the profession I have very much enjoyed sharing my experiences with fellow consultants who are making Management Consulting their profession too. As a leader I have received feedback from my consulting teams that they have appreciated my coaching and help both in their career development but also on engagements helping them become successful and enjoying challenging moments.
Now that I have made a step away from leading teams in the large consulting firms I would like to see whether there are 'journeymen' consultants who might appreciate some assistance much as I have provided it to others in the past.
nickpile.consulting aims to provide access to De-constructed Consulting Frameworks, by this I mean getting to understand the building blocks that are embedded in conventional 'cookie-cutter' methodologies. Together with Engagement Hacks drawn from over 80 clients worldwide drawing out lessons learnt this offers an ability to develop at your own pace, independent and confidentially from any support (or lack of it) provided from your own firm.
